SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post to ship all our orders.
For orders received by 12.00pm (AWST), Monday to Friday, we will do our best to dispatch the same day. There may be slight delays in shipping (for express and standard) when we are experiencing high volumes of orders.
Please also consider public holidays when selecting your desired shipping method.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and your tracking number. If your package has not arrived within the time frame estimated please call your local Post Office to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please email us at wearekidscareco@outlook.com and we'll follow it up with Australia Post for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently shipping internationally to all countries.
We use Australia Post to post all orders to our international customers.
Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19.
Estimated delivery time frame for international deliveries is set out below and excludes any time in customs and delays to reasons outside Australia Post's control.
Please note: International customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges.

Customs and duty tax
Please note: International customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges.
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. Although this doesn't always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an 'Additional Postage Fee', more information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
