What age are your products recommended for?

All of our products are designed for young people aged 6-13 years.

They can however be used by teenagers who prefer products which do not contain alcohol or synthetic (man made) fragrances. 

Where are your products made?

Kids Care Co. is proudly Australian owned and run.

All of our products have been designed, formulated and manufactured in Australia and are packed and shipped to you from Perth, Western Australia. 

Are Kids Care Co. products made with natural ingredients?

Our products are formulated with clean and natural ingredients and are free from parabens, sulphates and pesticides. Our carefully chosen fragrances are naturally plant derived.

Are your products nut free?

We do not include nuts in the formulations of our products. Please note that we DO include coconut.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

All of our products are vegan and no products have been tested on animals.

What is patch testing and why is it recommended?

A patch test is a simple way of ensuring that a skincare product will not cause irritation to the skin.

While we have been careful to ensure that our products are made with ingredients that are non- irritants, skin types are different and even with natural ingredients some people are more susceptible to reactions than others. We therefore always recommend a patch test.

What should I do if my child experiences a reaction?

While our ingredients are carefully selected, if irritation occurs please discontinue use immediately and get in touch with us.

Do Kids Care Co. products have a shelf life?

We recommend once opened they be used within 6 months.
